Parent/Teacher Conferences and more
“Doing what you like is freedom. Liking what you do is happiness.” Wishing you much happiness this week.
Daylight savings time came to an end this weekend. It’s always amazing how that extra hour seems to make a significant difference in our daily activities.
Our report cards were sent home on Friday and this week are Parent Conferences. There will be an early dismissal on Thursday, 11/07, 12:45-1:00 p.m. There are no classes on Friday 11/08 due to the conferences.
Our fall musical and senior recognition concert are rapidly approaching. Just a quick reminder the concert will be held on Saturday, November 16 from 2:00-4:00 p.m at Memorial Hall. Students will arrive between 1:30-1:45 p.m. The attire is western. The students will wear plaid shirts and jeans. Boots are not permitted on the stage.
The seniors we are recognizing are Natalie Milligan, Annie Hayes, Tony Masso-Rivetti, Hunter Drew, and Eliza Wysong.
Due to the early dismissal and no school schedule this week our music schedule is slightly modified. The drum club grades 3-6 will meet on Tuesday from 1:30-2:00 p.m.
Testing continues this week for second grade students in the music room. They will test on Monday and Tuesday from 8:30-10:00 a.m.
Spencer Landscaping completed our new Ninja Outdoor Challenge Course. The plan is for it to be installed this week in the big yard at the Central Campus.
